Renew gitlab personal access token for Drone integration

After upgrading GitLab to version 16, Gitlab no longer supports Personal Access Tokens (PATs) with expiry periods exceeding 12 months. Consequently, following the upgrade, any existing tokens will automatically have a validity period of one year.

We currently have a token in GitLab that facilitates integration with Drone. This token is set to expire on May 02, and we need to renew it before that date.

There will be an outage for close to 5-10 minutes for Production ACP gitlab drone instance.
