Monitoring

Jira Service Desk is now back up and running. It appears that this was caused by a node scaledown and as such, Jira Service Desk was rescheduled onto a new node which caused a brief disruption to service. We'll continue to monitor.

We're aware that Jira Service Desk is currently presenting a 503 error on the frond end. We're currently investigating.
